1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Vidyaa Vistaraa ("Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"), an online learning management system operating from Kanakapura, Ramanagara District, Karnataka, India - 562117. By creating an account, browsing our website (vidyaavistaraa.com), accessing our mobile applications, or purchasing course enrollments, you ("Student", "User") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To access courses, test series, and mentor bookings, users must register an account providing accurate, complete, and current information. Users must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent under applicable Indian laws.

Student accounts are strictly **single-user and non-transferable**. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Course Access, Pricing & Razorpay Payments

Course fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely via our integration with PCI-DSS compliant payment processor Razorpay.

• Purchasing a course grants a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream video lectures and access digital study materials.
• Prices and promotional offers are subject to change without prior notice.
• Orders can be cancelled prior to payment completion. Refund inquiries following payment are governed strictly by our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual Property Rights & Anti-Piracy

All content available on Vidyaa Vistaraa—including video lectures, masterclass slide decks, practice test questions, PDF study guides, branding icons, software code, and graphics—is the exclusive intellectual property of Vidyaa Vistaraa protected under Indian Copyright laws and International Treaties.

5. 1-on-1 Mentor Consultations

Students eligible for 1-on-1 mentor consultations can schedule sessions based on mentor availability. Consultations are conducted online via Google Meet. Students must adhere to professional conduct during sessions. Missed slots without prior 24-hour notice may be forfeited.

6. Academic Integrity & Test Series Rules

Users attempting test series, quizzes, and final module evaluations agree to attempt assessments fairly and independently. The use of automated bots, scraping scripts, or proxy test takers is prohibited and may result in test score nullification.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vidyaa Vistaraa provides educational tools and resources on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis. While we strive for 100% platform uptime and high educational accuracy, we do not guarantee specific employment or examination results. Under no circumstances shall Vidyaa Vistaraa be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
