Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Payment Processing Overview

Vidyaa Vistaraa ("Platform", "We", "Us") operates from Kanakapura, Ramanagara District, Karnataka, India - 562117. All financial transactions, course enrollments, digital certifications, and 1-on-1 mentor consultations purchased on our platform are processed securely in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) via PCI-DSS certified payment gateway partner Razorpay Software Private Limited.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a course enrollment or transaction request prior to making payment. However, because our courses, practice tests, and digital study resources are digital products, access is granted instantly upon successful payment completion via Razorpay. Once an order is paid and access is provisioned, cancellations are handled in accordance with the Refund Policy below.

3. 7-Day Refund Inquiry Window

We are dedicated to providing high-quality digital learning. If you experience verifiable technical issues preventing course access, duplicate payment charges, or non-delivery of course resources, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase.

To initiate a refund request, please email our support desk at support@vidyaavistaraa.com containing:

• Your Registered Account Name and Email Address.
• Razorpay Transaction ID & Payment Receipt / Invoice Number.
• Course Title and specific reason for refund request.

4. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refund requests will not be approved under the following conditions:

• More than 7 calendar days have passed since the original payment date.
• More than 25% of course lessons have been streamed or module certificates downloaded.
• Account suspension resulting from violation of our Terms of Service (such as credential sharing or illegal screen recording).
