1. Your Right to Data Erasure

At Vidyaa Vistaraa (operating from Bengaluru, Karnataka, India), we respect your right to control your personal information. In full compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 of India, Google Play Developer Policies, and Apple App Store Review Guidelines, students can request the permanent deletion of their registered user account and associated personal data at any time.

2. What Data Is Permanently Purged Upon Deletion

When your account deletion request is fulfilled, the following data is permanently purged from our active databases:

• Your student profile, full name, mobile number, and login credentials.
• Enrolled course progress records, video watch history, and personal notes.
• Practice test attempts, quiz scores, leaderboards, and digital certificate credentials.
• Push notification tokens and stored app preferences.

3. Retained Records (Statutory Mandates)

Financial transaction records, invoices, and GST accounting logs generated during payment processing via Razorpay are retained for statutory accounting and tax compliance audit periods as required under Indian laws.
